Overturn of Roe v Wade, 2022

On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court of the United States rules in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization—a case involving a challenge to a Mississippi ban on abortion at 15 weeks of pregnancy. The ruling overturned Roe, ending the federal constitutional right to abortion in the United States. I made this painting in response.
